When you read Arthur’s words, you’ll discover that you are not alone. Arthur F. Temple Reflects “Whatever your situation in life is currently, there was always that time period where you felt trapped perhaps even defenseless and powerless in a particular situation, be it with work, family, friends and lovers. “Dark Currents” redefines the word victim. You will become aware that if that situation was never resolved, then long lasting, deep-rooted feelings of fear and low self-esteem can last a lifetime. “Dark Currents” takes you into a world without options with scenarios triggering your emotional, physical, and mental states, so you may have the courage to face and anticipate these challenges in life when feeling trapped and powerless, and meet them head on. This sometimes not-so-easy roadmap can create the possibility of emotional recovery through the eyes of one who let it go and moved forward. The book “Dark Currents” was my own particular way of unleashing, then letting go of grief and anger, to a value of life that can be elusive and very hard to grasp if you hold on to it. This book defines who you are and allows you to own your identity”. About the Author: Arthur F. Temple was born and raised in New York City. Although he has lived in several states across America, he currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. Temple has suffered from multiple health issues since receiving mass amounts of radiation treatment as a teenager. The long-term side effects of this treatment came about simultaneously, which affected most of his major organs, and spun his asthma out of control. Currently, he is healthy, stable and proud of his debut book of poetry. “You have to go through the darkness in order to see the light. Arthur F.
